🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and motivate members through Orangetheory’s science-backed, heart-rate-focused workouts
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment
- Coach proper form, provide corrections, and make every member feel seen
- Know the why behind the workout and confidently communicate the science to members
- Master and demonstrate all equipment used in Orangetheory workouts
- Mentor, develop, and motivate your coaching team
- Set the standard for coaching quality, member experience, and studio culture
- Be a team player who jumps in, takes ownership, and leads by example
- Stay current on fitness trends, industry knowledge, and what’s happening in the competitive fitness space

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
